Hello, Cyberspace!
Ok, it may be a bit cheesy, but I figured the best way to start off my blog would be with a small introduction. A shout out into the vacuum of cyberspace so to speak. I've always enjoyed keeping a personal written journal, but this is my first blog so please bear with me as I find my groove.
For the purposes of the internet, feel free to refer to me as Enigmati. I'm the kind of person who is always observing, collecting information & learning about something new. Some of this is useful & some of it not so much, lol. I can admit to being easily distracted by my curiosity. Many times, learning about one thing leads me to learning about something else I discovered in the process. Even when my curiosity doesn't lead me to a new topic, my desire for a change of pace or new direction does. I also like to do things in my own way, when I can. My "own way" usually not being a straight line between A & B and not even necessarily the same way as the last time. Anyone who knows the Gregorc Mind Styles might have guessed that I lean a bit toward Abstract Random. You might also be starting to think this is a strange introduction. Most people might start an introduction with more general facts about themselves like where they're from, things they're interested in, their job, etc, but I don't really plan on being the focus of this blog. As I mentioned before, I'm a bit of a collector of information. When I get curious about something, one of the first things I usually like to do is see what is being said about it on the internet. This doesn't always pan out and I decided that it might be fun to do a blog that put some of my collected information out on the internet for others to find. Hence, my blog "Stray Thoughts from the Mind of a Curious Cat."
Now while I do want to share, I don't want to write an encyclopedia either. I don't know if I'll draw regular readers to my blog or not, but I wanted to share my motives for starting it and I'm sure I'll end up adding at least a little bit of how I personalize each topic on the other posts as well. Like I said, I don't want this to be an encyclopedia. Hope to see any of you other curious cats out there around.
